Craig E. Glenn better known as "Eric" has been cooking ever since he was young. His unique flair for serving up mouth watering dishes was learned while growing up from his mother, aunties and grandma.
He's worked for major restaurants and even had the exciting opportunity to cook at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
Today Chef Eric has opened his own Catering Business where he provides tasty signature lunches for businesses and private parties.
Coming Soon! Chef Eric will be taking his "Can I have a second helping?" favorites to individual businesses in his food truck.
